STEALING CARMEN is here

A few days ago I mentioned that there is something about Stealing Carmen that just isn't "done" in romance. Even erotic Romance. Anyone wanna tell me what it is?

It's not a bad thing if you don't see it. Really, really! That just means the story worked for you. I'm doing the author happy dance right now because only one person has mentioned it to me so far.

Stephanie, you're not allowed to answer. LOL

I'll be on the road all day today, driving through some snowy mountains along the way, so I'll see what y'all said this evening.

Loved Stealing Carmen!! I read it in one sitting.
I'm guessing that what is different is that it was written from Jack's point of view. Don't usually see that done in erotic romances....
Am I right??

Ok, I give - I didn't get the difference. I thoroughly enjoyed the story - especially the easiness and laughter between Jack and Carmen. I enjoyed Jack's plotting and planning to win Carmen. As usual, I was sorry when I reached the end of the story. Looking forward to the next one :-)

there is something about the point of view. Not just that it came from the guy. Whatever it is, I loved the style as usual.

Stealing Carmen is writen from Jack's view. That's the big difference. If you enjoyed the romance and didn't notice at all, I'm very pleased. Noticing just means you like details unless it bothered you. LOL
hugs and thanks for playing

Now that you've told, I'll say I noticed, but then I'm an editor so I can't help it... LOL!! But I loved it and Jack was so sexy and had so much to say that it really really worked for me. Funny - I've always been partial to hearing about the men's thoughts - I always want to hear their reactions and thoughts about the relationship and the women, and that's a huge turn-on for me... Good job!

Gail, Carmen was EXCELLENT! I always want more from you. I can't wait to see what you have coming for us in 2008.

Oh, and don't forget we really, really need more from the Jamie's Cherub world. I gotta know what happens next.

As for what you did that isn't often done, I didn't even really register that Jack was the main point of view. I was thinking maybe it was that you had them apart for so long. That was just MEAN!

Great read!

Hug those you love and tell them daily how you feel - the years pass faster than you can imagine, and once a moment's lost, it's gone forever. My best wishes to you and yours - Happy New Year!! Peace.
