I just realized that my first acceptance email is dated April 13, 2004. You would not believed how freakin shocked I was that day.
My first attempt at writing a book turned into my first manuscript and it was accepted by the first publisher I submitted it too. I pushed the send button in February; April 13 I received an acceptance letter.
I'm so organized that of course this revelation comes a day late. LOL
